This will involve all the actors on set, and they will be confronting each other in the film. This is the day where the highlights of the basketball game will be shot. The majority of the dialogue between Sheaves, Vance and Forrest will be recorded. There will be a shot of Vance blocking Forrest and yelling in celebration. The following clip will show Forrest's reaction to the blocked shot and how furious he is. Then Vance and Sheaves will agree that it is time to head back home, because they had supposedly been playing for three hours. They rip the ball out of Forrest's hands and walk home. The objective for this day is to show Forrest's build up in anger from losing in a game to getting denied another rematch and having the ball taken from him. It will end with the two friends taking the sidewalk back home with Forrest sneakily following them from behind.
We picked up right where we left off from, which involved Sheaves with the ball and Forrest in front of him playing defense. The next clip we filmed showed Sheaves drive to the hoop, fake a pass to Vance which would cause Forrest to fall for it, then shoot the basketball. The following shots included Forrest getting repeatedly scored on and there were segments taken that showed him becoming furious with himself and stomping the ground. Once all the clips were filmed of the actual basketball game, we filmed a scene where Sheaves went up to give a handshake to Forrest but took his hand away right as Forrest went to shake his hand as a joke. However, this angered Forrest and we showed this by using a close-up to show his unhappy facial expressions. After this we shot a series of clips that showed the two friends walking back home from the park and we used some over-the-shoulder shots and wide shots to show Forrest following them closely behind. Our final shot of the day included the two Friends walking into the house and locking the door.
